Spider-Man: Brand New Day entered the 4th week with a good hold, adding Rs. 2 crore to the tally. The movie took its running cume to Rs. 559.75 crore (Rs. 462.35 crore nett) at the Indian box office. Including 3D collections, the theatrical cume stands at Rs. 615.75 crore gross.
The Tom Holland starrer is expected to add around Rs. 12 to 15 crore in its 4th week, which will take its total cume to Rs. 570 crore or so. Surpassing the Rs. 600 crore mark seems out of sight now as it will face tough competition from Toxic from the coming weekend. Nevertheless, Spider-Man: Brand New Day has already emerged as an All-Time Blockbuster.
There are probably seven other films since Jurassic Park in 1994 that can be classified as ATBBs, including Titanic, Avatar, The Jungle Book, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, and Avatar: The Way of Water. Other potential contenders are Spider-Man 3, 2012, and Furious 7.
The Tom Holland film could also go on to hit 2 crore footfalls, which only two films have managed to do: Titanic and Avengers: Endgame. Brand New Day is currently the third-most-watched Hollywood film in India, with footfalls of around 1.9 crore.
