Vibe Box Office Collections: Kunal Kemmu and Preity Zinta starrer records BIG drop on 1st Monday, nets Rs 8 crore in 4 days

Vibe, starring Kunal Kemmu in the lead, collected Rs. 75 lakh on its first Monday, registering around a 55 per cent drop from the opening day. That’s a big drop when the initials are also dull. That said, the movie is a huge letdown. It made a sum of Rs. 8.10 crore in its 4 days of theatrical run. Based on current trends, Vibe is heading to wind up its first week at the Rs. 10 crore nett mark. 

The film garnered mixed word-of-mouth among the audience, which is why it is struggling at the box office. Had the film recorded a positive reception, it would have a chance at the box office. The only consolation for Vibe is that it is performing better than Daayra. Compared to Kunal Kemmu’s last directorial, Madgaon Express, Vibe is expected to wind up its entire run far behind.

Vibe follows best friends Hardik and Bugs, whose ordinary lives take an unexpected turn after a disastrous planetarium date. The two accidentally get caught up in a secret operation led by the mysterious Madam H and are pulled into an adventure far beyond their experience.
