Aaron Rodgers finally graced the NFL world with his presence during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show — and chose to use some of his time to sing the praises of what he learned about Steelers WR DK Metcalf from their UCLA throwing session.
“I wanted to do due diligence with this whole process, and part of it is talking to a guy like DK — and let me just say this, what a great dude. He loves football, and what a specimen this guy is.”
Rodgers went on to detail how Metcalf changed his regularly scheduled workout time from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. to make the throwing session at UCLA happen — further proving to the four-time MVP that the newly acquired Steelers WR is “a really good human being.”
Despite how some may feel about the four-time MVP coming to the Steel City, the idea of Rodgers leading an offense that features Metcalf, George Pickens, and Pat Freiermuth as his main receiving threats is a scary thought for the rest of the NFL.
