Salary: P50,000 – 70,000 (Monthly Gross Package)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (legal recruitment strongly preferred).
- Understanding of law firm environments and the types of legal roles typically hired (paralegals, legal assistants, support staff).
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver under deadlines
- Comfortable with remote work and tech-savvy (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
What will you do?
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for paralegals and legal support roles, from intake to offer.
- Conduct intake calls with clients to understand firm culture, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and interview candidates for experience, legal knowledge, and culture fit.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with clear, professional write-ups.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current on legal industry hiring trends and competitive compensation benchmarks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, providing regular communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
