- Entity Formation & Structuring – Supporting startups, joint ventures, and emerging companies on formation and capitalization
- Private Equity & Venture Capital – Representing investors and portfolio companies in funding rounds and secondary transactions
- Commercial Financing – Assisting with debt and equity finance, convertible instruments, and credit facilities
