Role Description
This role involves driving the ambitious growth and retention of the patient base for Germany’s leading doctor on-demand platform.
- Optimize UX Experiences for Growth: Design, test, and iterate on user experiences in Web and App with a focus on the entire user journey—acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Decide & Design Data-Driven: Analyze A/B tests, funnels, and user behavior to uncover opportunities, refine UX, and drive continuous iteration.
- Experiment Rapidly for Impact: Develop, ship, and analyze experiments that validate hypotheses, solve user problems, and drive measurable improvements.
- Scale What Works: Learn quickly from each cycle, refining and integrating successful results into the long-term product experience.
- Innovate to Drive Growth: Identify and solve key user problems to unlock major growth opportunities, developing MVPs that improve patient access to healthcare.
- Nudge products towards action: Use behavioral psychology and data insights to encourage users toward action and remove friction.
- Multi-Platform Design: Align and optimize growth design across web and mobile apps, and support marketing channels like email, in-app messaging, and ads.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct research and usability testing to inform and validate design choices and hypotheses.
- Technical Collaboration: Work with engineers to ensure designs are smoothly implemented and aligned with the design system.
Qualifications
- Expertise in creating functional, user-friendly, and engaging designs that align with product goals.
- Strong ability to understand user needs and behaviors, leveraging psychological principles to inform design.
- Competence in using analytics and A/B testing to optimize user experiences.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, proactively proposing hypotheses and executing experiments.
- Ability to work effectively across teams, present ideas clearly, and integrate feedback.
- Proficiency in using design tools like Figma to iterate and validate concepts.
- Understanding of how design influences acquisition, engagement, and retention across key digital marketing channels.
