About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of HR to lead our HR function as we continue to grow. You’ll partner closely with leadership as a trusted advisor, build scalable processes across all stages of the employee lifecycle, and help us protect our unique culture while collaborating with Fiverr on key cross-company initiatives.

You’ll also take ownership of our employee experience, performance processes, employee engagement, and leadership development frameworks.

 
What You’ll Do
Strategic Business Partner
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.

  • Collaborate with Fiverr’s HR team while maintaining AutoDS’s startup culture and independence.

  • Build & manage HR processes such as recruitment workflows, payroll, onboarding, and offboarding in a multicultural global env.

People & Performance
  • Build and continuously improve our performance management, feedback, and career growth frameworks.

  • Lead employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement initiatives.

  • Own HR analytics and deliver insights to inform leadership decisions

Leadership Development
  • Own and lead the mid-management forum to grow and align AutoDS’s leadership capabilities.

  • Facilitate leadership coaching, trainings, and peer learning sessions.

Workplace & Culture
  • Oversee our office environment and relocation project, ensuring a seamless transition and great day-to-day experience.

  • Foster a strong culture through events, rituals, and internal communications.

Team & Recruitment
  • Manage and support the current HR team, focused on scaling our teams.

  • Ensure a smooth, values-driven candidate experience across roles and departments.

  • Help define and track hiring plans, working closely with department leads.

 
What You Bring
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, including in fast-growing startups or tech companies.

  • A track record of building and owning HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.

  • Experience as a business partner to leadership – strong influence, high trust.

  • Comfortable managing stakeholders in larger parent organizations while keeping an autonomous company culture in place

  • Hands-on mindset: You enjoy building, doing, and iterating.

  • Deep understanding of Israeli labor law and global HR best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English

Bonus Points
  • Experience managing an office or workplace operations.

  • Prior experience leading performance, engagement, or leadership development programs.

  • Experience working with an OKR framework

  • Worked in a subsidiary or acquired startup of a larger organization
