We are currently looking for a Project Manager to be part of our Project Management team in Span. The person will support the rest of the project team in the coordination and daily management of projects and other consulting services, allowing team to carry out their own tasks.
As a Project Manager you have to ensure that project goals align with business needs while overseeing the entire project lifecycle – from gathering requirements to delivering solutions.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to define, and analyze business requirements, and also support communication with clients and main stakeholders, track project progress, while maintaining schedule and project budget.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and the delivery team
- Maintain project schedule, budget, and other project documentation.
- Track project progress and manage administrative tasks.
- Project managing and monitoring from the beginning to end
- Collect and specify user requirements (functional specification or product backlog)
- Maintain product backlog, open tasks on DevOps and track progress
- Assist with the delivery of bids, reports and other documents to ensure deliverables on time and within agreed budgets

What we expect:
- A degree in Business, IT / Computer Science, or relevant industry (e.g., business, management)
- Fluent business English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in both business analysis and project management roles within software development or other IT environments
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Readiness to learn new technologies, proactive and responsible approach to work
Skills that will bring you extra points:
- Experience with managing Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects and/or software development projects
- PMP certificate, SCRUM certificate or similar certificate from PM field
- Understanding of business processes (e.g., Sales, Customer Service and/or Marketing)
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Network, and Cybersecurity are considered an advantage
