The Role:
As an Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in onboarding new merchants and guiding them towards successful Rebuy product adoption. You will work closely with your lead and other teams to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for our merchants, helping them activate Rebuy products and achieve their expected outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Rebuy’s product groups, including Cart & Merchandising, Search & Collections, Checkout & Post-Purchase, AB Testing & Smart Flows, Integrations, and Store Audits.

Merchant Onboarding: Effectively onboard merchants onto assigned product groups, providing clear guidance and support by driving product adoption and activating features.

Product Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to merchants, ensuring they understand the benefits and best practices for using the products.

Product Adoption: Drive product adoption by leveraging your superior communication skills, product expertise, and offering strategic recommendations.

Value Based Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to add value by suggesting additional products and features to merchants.

Performance Tracking: Adhere to key metrics, such as activation rates and usage, to measure the effectiveness of your efforts.

Feedback Loop: Gather merchant feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.

Product Expertise: Deep understanding of Rebuy’s product suite, particularly in assigned product groups.

What You’ll Need for Experience and Mindset:

Experience in ecommerce, customer success, account management, customer onboarding, customer support or a related field.

A growth mindset and commitment to excellence.

A curiosity for ecommerce, business, and digital marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

BONUS: Experience with Shopify, or a CRM (Salesforce).
