So, folks all over the Internet have been debating about the chances we would have against one of the most powerful animals on the planet. Yes, “we.”
What would happen if 100 unarmed male human beings were thrown into battle against a single silverback gorilla?
Who would win?
Would the humans be able to band together to triumph over a 400-pound beast? Or would the gorilla dispatch of its challengers in short and brutal order?
Well, former Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton tackled the white-hot topic on the latest episode of his YouTube show—but with a little twist.
Here was his (hilarious) answer . . .
The vast majority of people have seemed to side with the gorilla, believing 100 plain ol’ dudes wouldn’t have a shot. That belief, however, may change if the 100 men were 100 6-foot-5, 240-pound super-athletes.
While Newton may not be in his absolute physical prime anymore, it still may be difficult to bet against him. We’ve already seen him run over countless NFL defenders, win a two-on-one ambush and knock out an Olympic gold medalist.
Plus, if he’s able to implement that ever-dangerous “Wet Willy” strategy, then there’s no telling what that gorilla could be in store for.
