As a (Senior) Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for hiring in some of the fastest-growing companies across Europe. You’ll set up smart hiring processes, work closely with key stakeholders, and make a real impact on how our clients grow their teams.

Partnering with one (or multiple!) scaling companies in Europe to build and refine their hiring strategies.

Designing and optimizing hiring processes, including scorecards, interview structures, and analytics to ensure smooth and effective hiring.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on hiring goals.

Figuring out the best places to find top candidates, running sourcing activities, and making sure job ads reach the right people.

Owning the success and longevity of recruitment projects, delivering tailored solutions that make a lasting impact.

You’re fluent in English and a pro at both written and verbal communication.

You’ve got at least 3 years of experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner (or a similar role).

You know your way around ATS tools and can navigate hiring data with ease.
