Role Description
This person will be highly experienced in full-desk recruitment, including creating a total strategy for sourcing, pipeline development, screening, and bringing the best candidates to the business.
- Primary focus on the full life cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare roles and specialty roles.
- Building a pipeline of top talent through strategic partnerships, networking, and traditional online sourcing methodologies.
- Creating robust search strategies to identify and attract the most qualified candidates.
- Development of innovative geographical strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Screening job applicants to ensure attainment of both minimum qualifications and competency.
- Continually meeting with hiring managers and stakeholders to discuss current and upcoming needs.
- Providing continuous feedback to candidates to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience.
- Meeting or exceeding relevant recruitment metrics and evaluating results for improvement opportunities.
- Setting up hiring events and job fairs, and partnering with universities and professional organizations.
- Utilizing social media to drive an effective digital marketing and social media recruitment strategy.
- Managing executive searches and providing a personal hands-on approach for a world-class candidate experience.
- Using a data-driven approach to drive process improvements on time and cost to fill.
- Partnering with HR and finance to understand the workforce plan for proactive planning.
- Partnering with HRIS team to develop technology strategies to increase efficiencies within the ATS and Onboarding system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Experience in recruiting Cancer Registry Resources – OSD-C.
- At least 1 year in a high-volume healthcare segment, with a proven track record in healthcare administration and revenue cycle roles.
- Professional presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic and Project Management skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a geographically dispersed organization and within a remote virtual environment.
- Ability to work with a broad team in a collaborative manner.
- Proven ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Excellent Excel (Pivots and VLOOKUPs) and Word skills.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- SHRM or PHR (preferred).
Benefits
- The annual salary range for this role is from $70,000 to $85,000.
- Specific compensation will vary based on geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
