Graphic Designer

Role Description

The Home-Based Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs, brand guidelines, and project objectives.

• Present innovative visual concepts to stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback and oversee design projects from inception to completion
• Produce high-quality visual assets across various mediums
• Conduct thorough reviews to meet client expectations
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• 5-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience
• Strong verbal, written, and English communications skills

Requirements

• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
• Highly skilled with Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign, or any related editing and design software
• Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts
• Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment
• Excellent visual design skills, layout, typography, and colors
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work on close deadlines
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
