Role Description
The Home-Based Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
- Present innovative visual concepts to stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback and oversee design projects from inception to completion
- Produce high-quality visual assets across various mediums
- Conduct thorough reviews to meet client expectations
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience
- Strong verbal, written, and English communications skills
Requirements
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Highly skilled with Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign, or any related editing and design software
- Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts
- Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment
- Excellent visual design skills, layout, typography, and colors
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work on close deadlines
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
