You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a RFP response, focusing on paid social strategy, analytics, and measurement. Our client’s agency is responding to a complex RFP, demanding innovative solutions for paid social strategy within a privacy-centric environment. The current requirements necessitate expertise specifically in navigating limitations imposed by SKAdNetwork, AdAttributionKit, and the absence of traditional tracking methods like pixels and postbacks. Your contributions will be instrumental in crafting a compelling and technically sound response that positions our client as a leading partner.

As the Paid Social Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our RFP response. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing a compelling paid social strategy: Outline a comprehensive approach to achieving campaign objectives within privacy constraints.
- Providing technical expertise: Offer insightful guidance on measurement strategy and optimization in privacy-constrained environments.
- Crafting compelling case studies and examples: Showcase your experience with successful campaigns that demonstrate your expertise in navigating similar challenges.
- Collaborating with the team: Work closely with our internal team to integrate your recommendations into a cohesive and persuasive RFP response.
- Contributing to the overall narrative: Help us articulate a clear value proposition that highlights our unique capabilities and addresses specific needs.
- Senior-level experience: Proven track record of success in paid social strategy and media buying across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Deep SKAdNetwork & AdAttributionKit expertise: Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting within these frameworks.
- Privacy-first measurement mastery: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective measurement strategies in environments without click-level attribution or platform postbacks.
- Experience with cohort-based and delayed data: Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on aggregated or delayed data from client-owned systems.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- RFP experience: Prior experience contributing to and/or leading the development of successful RFP responses.
- Executive presence: Ability to confidently present ideas and strategies to senior-level clients.
- Experience with media-led creator marketing (a plus): Demonstrated success in leveraging creator marketing to drive awareness and engagement.
