Moro Ojomo calls out Packers’ play on a fourth-and-1 late in 10-7 win

“Fourth-and-1, they called out our play,” Jacobs said postgame

The Eagles are 7-2 and the winners of three straight games after escaping Lambeau Field with a 10-7 win over the Green Bay Packers on Monday night. Philadelphia stopped the Packers on a critical 4th and one attempt with 1:30 left in the fourth quarter, dropping star running back Josh Jacobs for a 4-yard loss.

Afterward, the All-Pro running back confirmed that the Eagles knew the play call, impacting how Jacobs was going to run.

“Fourth-and-1, they called out our play,” Jacobs said postgame, via Ryan Wood of PackersNews.com. “We ran it like four times, they called it out. Got good draw on our push. The clock was going down. We kind of snapped it faster than we wanted to, and they made a play.

That player was a stud defensive tackle, Moro Ojomo, and here’s the video proof.

Jacobs admitted that the fumble occurred when he tried to pitch the football back to quarterback Jordan Love.

Fangio’s defense made plays all night and kept his team in the lead after taking a 3-0 lead following a scoreless first half. Overall, Philadelphia held Green Bay to 5-13 on third down, 261 yards on 66 offensive plays, and two costly turnovers. Jacobs logged 21 carries for 74 yards and a touchdown. Jacobs also contributed five catches for 33 yards.
