Are Liverpool really pushing forward on their Mo Salah replacement? New reports put everything in a new light.
Liverpool could lose Mo Salah, it seems. The Reds’ star forward is being consistently linked with a move to Saudi Arabia in January, with both the Telegraph and the i paper reporting as much.

Salah has found himself starting on the bench in each of Liverpool’s last two fixtures. Now, we would argue that him being off the pitch had absolutely no effect on the Reds’ play but it’s a sign that Arne Slot does not have complete faith in him.
Especially as Salah will disappear to AFCON shortly. You’d think Liverpool would make the most of having him while they do but that’s not the case.
And so the Saudis are looking to take advantage. They’re ready to bid, apparently, and that would force Liverpool into action.
Sell Salah, after all, and they won’t actually have a right-winger in the squad. But maybe they’ve found a new one.

Liverpool move for Yan Diomande
It was reported earlier in the week that Liverpool had made a move for Yan Diomande. An approach to his representatives was in, and it appears the club view him as a future signing.
That’s particularly interesting in light of Salah’s potential exit. Liverpool aren’t just looking for a new winger on the right but actually making an active approach for one.
