It only took him three seasons to get his team to the NCAA Championship game, and they have answered the bell all postseason. They had the toughest road to get to this point and will face their third No. 1 seed team of the tournament. Their motto has been “Why not us?” among the players, and it has been fully embraced.

The Aggies will face Kentucky for the second time this season after losing to them 3-1 for their first and only SEC loss of the season. Both history and revenge are on the line Sunday afternoon in Kansas City when the Aggies take the court to battle for the title of the NCAA’s best.
