The refs threw a flag on Woods for targeting. The penalty helped extend the Browns’ drive. They would later score six points to cut the Titans’ lead from 14 to 8.

The Browns lack the receiving talent to lose valuable starters like Tillman. Tillman has been battling a variety of injuries throughout the season. Tillman is a valuable receiver for the Browns. He’s the team’s biggest target. They need Tillman on the field to build trust with the young quarterback. Hopefully, Tillman can return to the Browns next week when they face the Chicago Bears.
