Business Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for new projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for enhancement or optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure well-defined project scopes.
  • Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and process diagrams.
  • Work with project teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Support project management with tracking project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), are a plus.
