Role Description
This role involves supporting Moog’s Aerospace & Defense Product Lifecycle Management program as a Business Analyst/Product Manager.
- Identify, evaluate, and document requirements for business process change.
- Ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
- Provide process support to users throughout the business.
- Support Teamcenter PLM functionality and make improvements to meet user needs.
- Provide analytical support to Teamcenter users to determine specific problem areas.
- Serve as liaison between engineering departments and PLM program’s technical personnel.
- Provide process expertise and support to engineering and other business functions.
- Collaborate with the PLM Business Architect and leadership sponsors to guide stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of Moog standards for successful system design and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record as a business/process analyst within a global engineering and manufacturing organization.
- Experience participating in projects that encompass both business and technical scope.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including part and product fabrication and manufacturing artifacts.
- Understanding of Teamcenter or another PLM system.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience working with CAD and CAE software tools.
- Proven knowledge and experience working with information technology.
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies, particularly in the role of Product Manager and/or Product Owner.
