Business Analyst/Product Manager

Role Description

This role involves supporting Moog’s Aerospace & Defense Product Lifecycle Management program as a Business Analyst/Product Manager.

• Identify, evaluate, and document requirements for business process change.
• Ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Provide process support to users throughout the business.
• Support Teamcenter PLM functionality and make improvements to meet user needs.
• Provide analytical support to Teamcenter users to determine specific problem areas.
• Serve as liaison between engineering departments and PLM program’s technical personnel.
• Provide process expertise and support to engineering and other business functions.
• Collaborate with the PLM Business Architect and leadership sponsors to guide stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of Moog standards for successful system design and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record as a business/process analyst within a global engineering and manufacturing organization.
• Experience participating in projects that encompass both business and technical scope.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including part and product fabrication and manufacturing artifacts.
• Understanding of Teamcenter or another PLM system.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience working with CAD and CAE software tools.
• Proven knowledge and experience working with information technology.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies, particularly in the role of Product Manager and/or Product Owner.
