The 2025 WNBA season hasn’t started yet, and Fever guard Caitlin Clark is already at the top of one list ― WNBA MVP odds.
People love betting on Clark. Before she ever played a game in the league, bettors thought she would have a terrific season. By all accounts, she did. During her rookie year, the former Iowa Hawkeye broke numerous records, was Rookie of the Year, and helped the Fever make the playoffs. (Additionally, Clark was fourth in MVP voting.) So, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that early odds show Clark is a clear MVP candidate, whose 2025 odds show a lot of people are already betting on her.

At BetMGM, Clark (+195) is the overwhelming favorite to win the award, followed by 2024 MVP A’ja Wilson (+210) and Lynx superstar Napheesa Collier (+325). Other notable names on the list include New York Liberty teammates Breanna Stewart (+1400) and Sabrina Ionescu (+3000) and Phoenix’s Satou Sabally (+2500).
It’s very possible that Clark could win MVP this season. If she were to walk away with the hardware, she would become just the fourth guard in WNBA history to earn the prestigious recognition.
