Chelsea want to sign Kenan Yildiz and have contacted Juventus

Chelsea want to sign winger Kenan Yildiz and have made contact with his camp and Juventus according to reports.

It’s shaping up to be another busy summer at Stamford Bridge, with it believed Chelsea could sell as many as seven or eight players to fund their business.

The Blues face a crucial window as the club look to sign a striker, centre back and right footed attacker to strengthen Enzo Maresca’s squad.

Chelsea want to sign Yildiz

Chelsea have signed a number of wide players in recent windows with both Pedro Neto and Jadon Sancho arriving last summer.

There’s set to be plenty of movement in that area again, with the Blues undecided if they’ll make Sancho’s loan permanent, whilst Noni Madueke has been linked with a move away.

Estevao Willian will arrive after the Club World Cup, with Geovany Quenda to follow in 2026, whilst it’s unclear if or when Mykhailo Mudryk will play for the club again following a positive doping test.

Chelsea have been linked with Nico Williams, whilst they are said to be leading the race for Borussia Dortmund’s Jamie Gittens, and it’s thought Maresca wants five wingers in his squad next season.

However, there’s another name they seem to be interested in and Foot Mercato have reported the Blues want to sign Yildiz and have already contacted both his camp and Juventus.

The report adds Chelsea plan to continue their pursuit and will intensify negotiations in an attempt to prize the 19-year-old away from Turin.

Yildiz is under contract until 2029 and plays primarily as a left winger, but can also play on the right and as a  second striker, with the Blues previously linked to the Turkey international.

There’s no mention of a potential fee, but you would imagine with the contract status and his importance to Juventus that Yildiz would command a high fee, and Chelsea could face a tough task convincing him to leave.
