Dre Greenlaw status update Thursday

Denver Broncos inside linebacker Dre Greenlaw (quad) missed practice again on Thursday after also not practicing on Wednesday, putting his status in doubt for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.

Denver’s top backup linebackers on the depth chart are Justin Strnad and Karene Reid. If Greenlaw is not able to play against Tennessee, Strnad would likely be the next man up. Strnad started eight games last season and totaled 73 tackles and three sacks.

Broncos defensive lineman Malcolm Roach also left practice Thursday, and the team listed him as limited with a calf injury. Outside linebacker Dondrea Tillman (hamstring) is also listed as limited.

Elsewhere on the injury front, tight end/fullback Nate Adkins (ankle) missed practice again on Thursday and he is not expected to be available in Week 1. View the team’s complete injury report from Thursday below.

Denver will practice again on Friday before releasing a final injury report with game statuses for Sunday. The Broncos are considered eight-point home favorites, making them the NFL’s biggest favorite in Week 1.
