For Austin Ainge and the Boston Celtics, the NCAA tournament is more than just entertainment viewing. For Ainge and the rest of the Celtics front office, the big dance is an opportunity to scout the best of the best in the college ranks in the hopes of finding a diamond in the rough that can help Boston hang more banners in the future.

Ainge recently sat down with the hosts of the team-produced “Celtics Weekly” show hosts Taylor Snow, Meghan Ottolini and Drew Carter to talk about how that process plays out from a team building point of view.
