Former Fighting Irish guard Olivia Miles settles on TCU instead of the WNBA or Notre Dame

Former Notre Dame guard Olivia Miles has settled on a new team.

Miles, who created a stir when she chose to forgo the WNBA Draft and instead enter the transfer portal, will be joining the TCU Horned Frogs.

The same TCU team that ended Notre Dame’s season as the Fighting Irish stumbled to a disappointing early exit from the NCAA Tournament. The same TCU team that also has star Hailey Van Lith on its roster.

Miles averaged 15.4 points per game, 5.6 rebounds per game and 5.8 assists per game last season. She shot 48.3 percent from the floor.

Miles was considered the best-available player in the transfer portal, and in addition to joining Van Lith, she’ll also join fellow transfer Clara Silva, who is coming to TCU from Kentucky.
