Role Description

This role involves enabling access to digital medical consultation for everyone in Germany through the leading on-demand platform for telemedicine.


  • Patient Experience:

    • Obsessed with delivering the best possible experience for patients.
    • Ensure smooth, frictionless, and user-friendly interactions within Patient Apps.
    • Understand patient needs and pain points, translating them into high-impact product improvements and new feature developments.

  • Communication & Alignment:

    • Motivate the team and communicate efficiently to reach team goals.
    • Ensure best alignment processes are in place and develop reports to track key metrics.

  • Execution & Product Enablement:

    • Drive core KPIs – a 5* Experience.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams with strong project management skills.
    • Set clear goals, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Incorporate patient feedback to optimize usability and accessibility.

  • Strategy & Market Leadership:

    • Guide the team in creating industry-leading digital health solutions.
    • Position the platform as the highest-rated and most widely adopted health platform.
    • Think creatively to solve customer problems.

  • Leadership:

    • Coach and mentor a 10-person cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and software developers.
