Role Description
As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our global HR operations with a strong focus on Brazil and the LATAM region. You’ll be the first point of contact for employee inquiries via the Jira Help Desk or Slack, ensuring timely, accurate, and employee-centric support. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career HR professional to grow in a fast-paced, international technology environment.
- Own and manage the Jira Help Desk, responding to LATAM HR inquiries with empathy and accuracy, while escalating complex cases as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees – coordinating documentation, system access, exit interviews, onboarding sessions and new hire experience across teams with a focus on Brazil and LATAM.
- Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Process Workday changes in the system.
- Support the implementation and communication of global HR policies and practices, ensuring cultural alignment and legal compliance in the region.
- Help administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related queries.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.
- Partner with HR colleagues to provide front-line support for employees in Brazil, helping to resolve day-to-day concerns and provide guidance aligned with HR best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in a multinational or high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance practices, especially in Brazil.
- Good communication skills in English (required) and Portuguese (required).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize in a dynamic, remote-friendly setting.
- Experience working with an HRIS is required, preferably Workday.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
Requirements
- Experience supporting LATAM HR processes.
- Familiarity with international employment standards and remote-first team models.
- Exposure to HR reporting tools or dashboards.
- Good communication in Spanish.
