Role Description

The People Partner (HRBP) will drive efforts to enable individuals and teams to contribute their full potential. This includes:

  • Supporting leaders and managers through scale
  • Creating an inclusive team environment
  • Aligning organizational strategy with people strategy
  • Using data to develop the employee journey

Essential Functions:

  • Act as a coach, partner, and confidant to managers and leaders
  • Guide and support the organization through growth
  • Advocate for and serve as a resource for employees
  • Analyze people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs
  • Partner with the People team to develop programs that elevate talent caliber
  • Connect the dots between organizational goals and necessary nudges
  • Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders
  • Align strategy with organizational structures and processes
  • Collaborate with leaders to create optimal teams and structures
  • Make data-informed decisions as a strategic thinker
  • Coach and develop high-impact teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR business partner
  • Experience in fast-growing technology companies and established organizations
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups
  • Experience supporting a global workforce preferred
