About the role

The copywriter works in a creative partnership with the campaign manager to conceive, develop, and produce effective messages for mobile marketing campaigns.

The copywriter is responsible for writing fun and compelling messages that sound as if they are coming from a real person, not a machine. These texts can establish an ongoing virtual dialogue with participants, convince them to take action, or keep them entertained. Messages can reach a wide audience, so the writing style must be broadly appealing, use persuasive, natural language, and reflect the copywriter’s deep understanding of his or her culture. What can you do with 160 characters or fewer?

Main Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, persuasive, and original messages/scripts for advertising a variety of products and services to engage consumers.
  • Proofread and edit content for spelling and grammar in both Serbian and English.
  • Monitor participants’/end-users’ responses to campaigns to ensure Customer Care compliance.
  • Stay updated with popular culture, trends, and current affairs in Serbia.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Digital Media/Content) to provide translations and support related processes.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in both Serbian and English.
  • Degree in Copywriting, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in copywriting/journalism (for websites, newspapers, magazines, advertising agencies)/online marketing, or advertising.
  • Highly creative and imaginative, with a keen interest in clients’ products or services.
  • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct content.
  • Understanding of different language styles that appeal to diverse target markets.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) and a reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to work well in a team and with a range of creative professionals.

About the job

The infrastructure team at Discourse are computing-system generalists. In this role, you’ll work across all layers of our tech stack, focusing on building and maintaining systems for our hosting platform.

 

Discourse is primarily a hosting company, and robust infrastructure is a core competency for us. You’ll develop tools to reduce toil, enhance reliability, and improve performance. Most deployments are served from our own bare metal, with AWS and other cloud services used as necessary.

 

Applicants will have a 10-40 hour paid trial project (over 2-10 weeks) prior to joining the team. The trial project usually involves adding a feature to Discourse or a Discourse plugin.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying fundamental computing theory to solve problems in sustainable space and time.
  • When reasoning about infrastructure improvements, draw upon these combined skills to choose or build the right tool for the job.
  • While stewarding code along the path from initial development to eventual retirement, support and document the system for the operators who depend on it.

 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has a well-rounded understanding of how applications interface with the operating system, how the operating system interfaces with the network.
  • Can read C, and feels at home in Unix-like systems.
  • Has fluency in at least one high-level programming language. We have a large amount of infrastructure tooling, primarily in Go and Ruby.
  • Has experience with at least some of tools the we use: PostgreSQL, Docker, HAProxy, Prometheus, Grafana.

    About the Role

    You will be the product partner for the Cloud Platform teams (Cloud Software, Cloud Services, Cloud Operations). These teams are responsible for managing third-party tools /platforms (E.G. Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stacks), and creation of internal tools with reusable frameworks to support the software development lifecycle.

    In this role you you will:

    • Set the vision by partnering with engineering leaders in Cloud Platform to understand our technology strategy
    • Be customer centric by obsessing about solving our developers’ problems. Partner with the engineering team to ship functionality that delight our developers, while striking the right balance of impact vs engineering cost, and making a measurable impact on the business.
    • Be decisive by identifying current and future areas of ambiguity and providing direction along with reasoning and analysis. Others see you as a source of authority, reinforced by your exceptional judgment on a range of issues, including business, technical and organizational and an ability to articulate your perspective effectively.
    • Write great product requirements that provide clarity and motivation for what we need to build. You will be noted for your ability to generate workable solutions, avoid potholes, take good ideas from wherever they come, all anchored by a complete understanding of the systems your product touches and the ways in which they are used in practice. As part of the requirement development process, you know how to lead discussions and bring others along with you.
    • Drive adoption by working closely with engineering teams across the entire organization. You will add value to this process by removing objections, roadblocks, and identifying 
    • Be a leader through example and attitude.
    • Operate like an owner with a “no job is too small” attitude, doing what is needed to make your product, your team, and Datavant a success.
    About You
    • You have 5+ years in a product management, product strategy, or engineering ideally working in a healthcare (or a similar industry) where security / compliance play a major role in how things get designed & developed
    • You are technical. When needed, you aren’t afraid to dive into the code to better understand what is going on. You have an understanding of containerization ecosystems (Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD), Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and GitOps. Being with your Engineering team and contributing to the architectural whiteboard sessions are your jam.
    • You are a systems thinker. You can identify the key leverage points for creating change and improvement, understanding the potential impacts of your decisions across the entire system.  You are comfortable working with complexity and can identify and manage feedback loops.
    • You are highly organized and have strong project management skills: others are confident in a project’s outcome when they know you’re owning it. 
    • You have high bandwidth and high productivity: others wonder where you find time to do all you do. Your secret is that you are quick to understand, formulate and respond.
    • You write exceptional documents, presentations, diagrams, and mockups. Your documentation leads to discussions about the content, not about what is intended.
    • You are a great communicator and have the confidence to lead planning meetings with anyone or any group within the company. You have the ability to explain strategies, rationales and products in terms that each audience can understand.

    The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
    $160,000$200,000 USD

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join Limble’s growing Finance team. In this role, you will own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing accounting operations, and driving process improvements. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, FP&A, and Operations, to enhance financial processes and reporting. You’ll be successful in this role if you have a strong understanding of GAAP, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for improving accounting efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

    What You’ll Do in the Role
    • Own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

    • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses to maintain financial integrity.

    • Ensure compliance with GAAP and support the development of internal accounting policies and procedures.

    • Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, and tax filings by collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants.

    • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, FP&A, and Operations to improve financial processes and reporting.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance accounting efficiency.

    • Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and software (NetSuite, etc.).

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.

    • 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment.

    • NetSuite experience required.

    • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

    • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

    • Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and process optimization.

    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Audit experience

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
