Requirements
  • Associate degree or related technical certificate or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in water/wastewater treatment design and/or utilities infrastructure

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team for a groundbreaking project on AI-assisted structural optimization and material selection for defense applications. In this role, you will work closely with internal AI/ML experts developing advanced AI workflows. This workflow integrates topology optimization, finite element analysis (FEA), materials selection, and manufacturability constraints to accelerate and automate the redesign of critical components for improved performance and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience with FEA and optimization tools with strong engineering judgement around materials and manufacturing feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize vehicle components
  • Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and topology optimization using tools such as Altair or ANSYS, and evaluate results in the context of material and manufacturing constraints
  • Guide materials selection and substitution efforts for component redesign, using commercial alloy databases and engineering tradeoffs
  • Support the integration of  AI/ML models with FEA and topology optimization workflows
  • Evaluate and refine designs for manufacturability, considering traditional processes (e.g., casting, forging, welding)
  • Provide knowledge on metals, metal alloys, their processing conditions, and manufacturing methods
  • Document workflows, tools, and deliverables to support handoff and commercial readiness
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, presenting technical findings clearly and effectively

Required Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
  • Strong experience (5+ years) in at least two of the following areas:
    • Finite Element Analysis (e.g., Altair, ANSYS)
    • Topology optimization methods and tools
    • Applied materials engineering or material selection for manufacturable component design
  • Familiarity with CAE procedures and target requirements for vehicle components
  • Ability to evaluate manufacturability (e.g., forging, casting, joining) and material-performance tradeoffs

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $179k-$251k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.

Position Purpose:

Independently performs a variety of aircraft Interior modifications and maintenance functions on AOG aircraft on road trips and in the Product Support organization. Duties may include assisting with advanced troubleshooting, removal and installations of airframes, landing gear, engine components, electrical components, control systems and any other maintenance requirements. Perform repairs on installations that require a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. Must be available on an on-call basis, with the ability to be on site or dispatched on the FAST aircraft within two hours of the initial contact from Gulfstream. Must be able to communicate effectively with the customer, scheduling, FAST flight crews, Tech Ops, business office, vendors, Warranty, Field Service Representatives and Hangar Operations. Acts as the single point of contact between Gulfstream and the customer to correctly relay the aircraft schedule and return to service expectations.
  2. Perform technical functions such as correct methods of manufacturing, sequence of operations, and methodology of assemblies and installations, as well as detail components.
  3. Troubleshoot any problem areas in tooling, production, assembly, aircraft systems and operations, composites, etc., to determine cause and pursue preventative actions with proper liaison which improves production efficiency and product quality.
  4. Assist in problem solving to establish or correct planning methods for producing parts and using tooling efficiently by utilizing standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
  5. Interact with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Control to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
  6. Properly identifies (tags) customer property and equipment. Stores aircraft components and other customer property securely and safely.
  7. Coordinates with Line Service and FBO operations to schedule movement of aircraft and assist with movement of aircraft. Also arranges, as needed, for the overhaul or repair of customer property and inspect/operate all interior installations and record discrepancies. Adapt to sudden schedule changes and coordinate projects with other shops/departments as required.
  8. Provides regular updates on aircraft status and all customer support activity to Field Service Representative and management.
  9. Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with the customer and provides one-on-one direct familiarization briefings with the customer during the road trip.

Additional Functions:

  1. Work with lead and higher skilled technicians to develop and implement process improvements that reduce cost, cycle time, and man-hours using Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement techniques. .
  2. Make and use simple patterns for own use employing standardized procedures. .
  3. In support of aircraft certification and final phase testing, may include flight tests on aircraft as required. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  1. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing procedures and specifications, plant safety, tooling, and quality requirements.
  2. Familiar with CATIA V5 and Solumina software.
  3. Must have an established track record of troubleshooting manufacturing or installation processes.
  4. Proficient knowledge of all applicable machinery and processes.
  5. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Role Description

This role involves being an integral part of the Commercial Lines team and partnering with Advisors, Directors of Risk Management, Client Service Specialists, and others in the agency to deliver a high level of service to our commercial clients.

  • Maintain client files in Agency Management System accurately and consistently
  • Compose professional business correspondence via letter, email, and/or other means

  • Counsel and advise client on coverage and exposure, recommending and placing additional coverage, as needed
  • Actively seek out referrals from the current client base to solicit new business prospects
  • Cultivate strong relationships with insurance company partners and know carrier requirements and attributes
  • Look for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes
  • Bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership

Qualifications

  • Obtain and maintain a state insurance license(s), as required by the State Department of Insurance
  • 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Manager role

The analyst plays a critical role in the oversight, tracking, and analysis of project financials, schedules, contract compliance, and status reporting. This position ensures that the program consistently meets contractual, regulatory, and customer expectations by meticulously managing the details that underpin successful delivery. The Project Control Analyst will collaborate closely with Project Managers, technical teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities for the Project Control Analyst will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Provide daily support to Project Managers in maintaining accurate tracking of project budgets, expenditures, forecasts, revenue recognition, accruals, and other financial activities. 
  • Prepare, update, and analyze project financial reports, burn charts, funding status updates, and earned value management (EVM) summaries to ensure accurate, timely data for management review and customer reporting. 
  • Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules; proactively alert Project Managers to upcoming deadlines, funding thresholds, or at-risk items. 
  • Support the development and continual updating of integrated master schedules (IMS) and other project timelines using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent. 
  • Coordinate, prepare, and submit routine and ad hoc reports for internal review, government customers, and program auditors in accordance with federal reporting requirements and contract terms. 
  • Maintain and audit documentation of change requests, modifications, and task orders; ensure all supporting documentation is organized, compliant, and accessible for reviews or audits. 
  • Track, reconcile, and validate labor, subcontract, material, and other cost data in accounting and program management information systems. 
  • Support risk and issue tracking by documenting observations, mitigation actions, and status, ensuring the Project Manager has full situational awareness of project health. 
  • Assist with internal and external audits, data calls, and review meetings by gathering, validating, and preparing financial and contractual materials. 
  • Facilitate coordination between prime and subcontractor teams on matters of invoicing, funding, deliverables, and cost controls.
  • Support compliance with internal controls, government accounting standards, and agency-specific financial policies and procedures. 
  • Perform other project support, reporting, or administrative tasks as directed by the Project Manager to ensure mission success.   
Requirements

Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the following: 

  • Project control, project finance, or program analyst roles in a federal contracting environment. 
  • Proficient in financial tracking, analysis, and reporting for government contracts; understanding of government contract types, funding mechanisms, and cost control. 
  • Working knowledge of project management and financial software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Project, Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, SAP, or similar). 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; capable of producing clear, concise, and accurate reports and supporting documentation. 
  • Ability to maintain high attention to detail and work with sensitive financial or contractual data.

THE POSITION:

The Lead, Quality Engineering, is responsible for leveraging a deep knowledge of software quality assurance discipline, quality engineering & automation implementations, and enterprise software development best practices to manage a team of quality engineers and drive quality initiatives to ensure highest quality for IT deliverables. This role is responsible for utilizing functional and technical acumen to drive the quality engineering team’s participation in the agile development process, establish relationships, interact with stake holders, and ensure on-time delivery of product features, enhancements and bug fixes with the highest quality that will delight end users.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Product Manager – Microsoft Integrations, you will be reporting to the VP of Product. The person in this role will lead the product lifecycle for Virtru Data Protection solutions that integrate with Microsoft products.
