Jordan Addison is ready to get back to football after an offseason that saw him traveling back to Los Angeles to deal with the fallout from a 2024 arrest.
According to a report from ESPN’s Kevin Seifert, Addison pleaded no contest to reckless driving with the involvement of alcohol, which under California law is referred to as a “wet reckless” charge. Seifert writes, “Addison will be placed on probation for 12 months, pay a fine and complete two online courses.”
The NFL will now decide whether further punishment is warranted against the Vikings’ wide receiver. Addison spoke about the decision that will be coming down from the NFL, saying, “Everything is out of my control right now, but whatever the league’s got for me, I’ll be prepared for the decision that they make.”
Addison was pictured arriving at training camp with Vikings star receiver Justin Jefferson on Wednesday. The team will have its first practice of the 2025 training camp on the same day. From there, Addison is hoping to remind everyone of what he can do on the field as he gets into his third year in the NFL.
