Job Description
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, CRM, Design, and Analytics;
  • Help build and implement efficient work processes: task management systems, checklists, communication flow, and deadline tracking;
  • Maintain visibility on task statuses, priorities, and overall progress across teams;
  • Proactively follow up, unblock bottlenecks, and push tasks forward when needed;
  • Take ownership of tasks that fall between defined roles and ensure they are completed;
  • Support the launch and execution of new initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery at every stage;
  • Plan and execute mini-projects end-to-end — from idea and scoping to implementation and result tracking;
  • Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple areas simultaneously (Product, CRM, Technical, VIP segment).
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Assistant in a marketing, product, or cross-functional environment is a plus;
  • Quick learning, structured thinking, and strong organizational skills are required;
  • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty — taking tasks from ambiguity to clear results — is essential;
  • High level of process orientation — you enjoy structure and know how to create it yourself;
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, or Jira;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals;
  • A sense of ownership, responsibility, and focus on achieving outcomes — not just task completion — is crucial.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience in launching marketing or CRM campaigns;
  • Understanding of the product development cycle or a strong desire to grow in this area;
  • Familiarity with the structure and collaboration process of cross-functional teams (CRM, Promo, Tech, Design);
