The hits keep coming on the recruiting trail for Chris Klieman and his Kansas State football team.

The Wildcats added four commitments for 2026 following official visits to Manhattan over Father’s Day weekend. The most recent came Monday, when safety Nick McClellan announced on social media that he will join the program next year.

The 6-foot, 185-pound McClellan is a two-way star at Christian Brothers College High School in St. Louis, where he plays both quarterback and defensive back, though he was recruited to play in the secondary for K-State. He is a three-star prospect who chose the Wildcats over offers from Kansas, Missouri, Iowa State and Iowa, among others.

McClellan is the Wildcats’ second commitment from the St. Louis area from the weekend visitors, joining Garrick Dixon from O’Fallon, Missouri. Dixon, another three-star recruit, is a 6-1, 180-pound cornerback who eventually could end up at safety after picking K-State over Iowa State, Cincinnati and Air Force.

Dixon was one of two prospects to commit Sunday. The other was Hannibal Carter Navies, a 6-3, 200-pound wide receiver and defensive back from Loganville, Georgia, who also is expected to play on defense for the Wildcats.

The first commitment of the weekend for the Wildcats came from three-star defensive lineman Kingston Hall, a 6-4, 270-pounder from Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He most likely would be an end in K-State’s base three-man front or could move inside when the Wildcats go with four down linemen.

With the four additions from the weekend, K-State now has 13 commitments for 2026.
