As DevOps Lead, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining highly resilient, scalable, and secure environments across AWS and Azure. You won’t just follow best practices – you’ll define them. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building smart solutions from the ground up, who can weave automation into the fabric of deployment pipelines, and who can lead a team with vision, precision, and a deep understanding of how modern systems operate.

Requirements

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure,
• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to best practices in deployment, monitoring, and security,
• Define and enforce CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation standards using Terraform,
• Implement and manage workloads and service migration strategies between AWS and Azure,
• Optimize cloud costs through governance frameworks, tagging strategies, and cost management tools,
• Design, implement, and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker,
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ISO 27001 security standards across environments,
• Develop strategies for auto-scaling, failure recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability in the cloud,
• Build and manage SLA frameworks for critical services, ensuring high uptime and reliability,
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with overall business needs,
• Review and maintain technical documentation related to cloud infrastructure, processes, and automation standards.

 

• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience, with 2+ years leading technical teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms,
• Expert in Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices,
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and security protocols (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2),
• Experience with cost optimization strategies in AWS and Azure environments, including cloud governance frameworks, tagging, and budget management,
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in managing and developing DevOps teams.
