About the project

We are building an AI-powered assistant for relationship managers (RMs) at top-tier banks, designed to optimize the management of $10M+ investment portfolios. The tool will enhance how RMs make decisions, communicate with clients, and blend AI insights with human judgment.

 

Duration: 6–12 months (with long-term continuation potential)

Stage: From concept to MVP (zero-to-one)

 

Objective

  • Deliver a complete UX/UI system for the AI Assistant across desktop and mobile

  • Ensure high usability for non-technical users navigating complex financial data

  • Drive measurable business results: increased AUM, RM productivity, and client satisfaction

  • Enable seamless collaboration between AI suggestions and human decision-making

 

KPI

  • 100% production-ready design delivery within first 3 months

  • +95% usability score from internal/external RM testing

  • Reduced average RM time-to-decision by 25%

  • Increased adoption rate of AI Assistant across pilot user base to >85%

  • Measurable increase in AUM influenced by tool use (TBD with analytics)

 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Design the AI Assistant’s UX from scratch: wireframes, flows, prototypes, final visuals

  • Conduct in-depth user research with RMs and senior bankers across Asia

  • Build a scalable design system for responsive UI (desktop + mobile)

  • Collaborate directly with AI/ML engineers to align UX with AI logic and transparency

  • Define and measure UX impact using tools like Mixpanel/Amplitude

 

Skills

  • UX/UI product design for complex enterprise systems

  • Financial data visualization and decision-flow mapping

  • Human-AI interaction patterns

  • Figma design systems and component libraries

  • Design research, user testing, stakeholder interviewing

  • Agile delivery in 2-week sprint cycles

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

 

Knowledge

  • Wealth management and private banking workflows

  • UX best practices for enterprise fintech tools

  • Cultural UX nuances in Asian financial markets (preferred)

  • Design for compliance-heavy, regulated domains

  • Real-time data handling principles in interface design

 

Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B/enterprise UX/UI product design

  • Portfolio including financial or investment products

  • Proven track record in launching AI-powered interfaces

  • Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders

  • Experience shipping products to 100+ enterprise users
