They are seeking a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting customer engagements by attending meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring all follow-ups are completed. This role does not involve leading customer meetings but plays a critical part in keeping the engagement processes on track. What You’ll Do
  • Meeting Support & Follow-Ups:           
  • Attend Project customer meetings to take notes, track discussions, and document action items.                 
  • Ensure all tasks assigned during meetings are captured, documented, and followed up on.          
  • Work closely with the Project Team Lead and Sales/Customer Success teams to distribute and track post-meeting deliverables.               
  • Task & Workflow Management:                  
  • Use various systems to log meeting summaries, customer insights, and next steps.            
  • Assign, track, and follow up on action items for both internal teams and customers.           
  • Assist in CRM hygiene by updating contact records, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining engagement history.                  
  • Customer Engagement Support:                  
  • Conduct pre-meeting research to prepare the team with insights about client needs, company details, and industry trends.                 
  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to align on engagement strategies.                   
  • Support analysis and outreach efforts, ensuring data and insights are effectively leveraged.          
  • Process Improvement & Utilization:                   
  • Leverage tools to automate meeting notes, task tracking, and CRM updates.             
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies within Project engagements.             
  • Provide feedback to enhance meeting support and follow-up processes.          
What You Need
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Success, or Project Coordination.         
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.                    
  • Experience using task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, etc).            
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.                    
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.           
Salary & Perks

  • This is a full-time, long-term position.                   
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.               
  • Work from home.                
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) – PST.
