We’re looking for a Recruiter based in Brazil to join our growing team at Space Inch on a 6-month freelance contract. You’ll help drive a major hiring initiative across Brazil by sourcing top talent, screening applicants, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers in building high-performing teams.

- Our team is around 60+ people, primarily based in Croatia, but also members in South America, Serbia, and the US; the product team mostly being in the US, and engineering in Croatia and Brazil

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- 3+ years of experience hiring for tech roles, including developers, designers, or product teams
- Strong sourcing skills, with proven ability to find and engage passive candidates
- Experience using ATS tools (e.g. Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar) to manage pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Brazilian job boards and recruitment channels
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote team setup
- Ability to handle multiple roles at once and prioritize tasks effectively
- Source top talent across Brazil, with a focus on developers and technical roles
- Write and publish compelling job ads to reach qualified candidates
- Review incoming applications and handle the first round of candidate screening
- Support interview coordination and participate in interviews as needed
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
- Maintain clear and up-to-date candidate tracking and communication in our ATS
- Collaborate closely with the Croatian HR team to align priorities and manage timelines
- Rapidly scaling a team within a short timeframe
- Building strong pipelines of technical talent across various roles
- Managing multiple open positions with different requirements and timelines
- Keeping candidate experience high during fast-paced hiring periods
- Proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and candidate pipelines at once
- Familiar with sourcing tools, job boards, and recruiting best practices
- Excellent written and verbal English and Portuguese
- In-house recruitment or freelance recruiting roles, especially in tech or digital product companies
- Fast-growing teams or project-based hiring environments
- Cross-functional work with hiring managers, HR, and recruiting teams
- You enjoy taking ownership of recruiting and working with autonomy
- You have a deep understanding of the Brazilian talent market
- You’re confident handling candidate communications, screening, and coordination
- You want to support a high-growth initiative and make an immediate impact
