Role Overview
The Accounting Manager will play a key role in overseeing our Clients financial operations, working closely with our CFO and two bookkeepers. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing administrative processes, supporting HR and payroll, and maintaining control over cash flow and accounts payable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
General Accounting & Administration:

Oversee and maintain accurate financial records in collaboration with bookkeepers.

Coordinate credit applications, vendor onboarding, and compliance filings.

Support and streamline general administrative workflows tied to financial operations.
HR & Payroll:

Support payroll processing, employee onboarding, and offboarding.

Help implement and maintain terms agreements and HR compliance documents.

Collaborate with HR and finance on benefits, compensation, and personnel records.
Accounts Payable & Cash Flow Management:

Approve vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement with minimal disruption.
Compliance & Filings:

Ensure timely filing of government, tax, and regulatory documentation.

Keep records in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
Operational Continuity:

Stay on top of day-to-day financial issues to keep the business running smoothly.
