Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who deeply understands the full product lifecycle—from concept to delivery and post-launch optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Product and senior leadership to drive structured, data-informed product development. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in managing iterative improvements, structured prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class products in the online gambling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization.
- Prioritize and deliver features based on business goals, customer needs, and feasibility.
- Lead collaboration across QA, Design, Retention, Marketing, and align product plans with leadership’s strategic objectives.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release execution.
- Analyze product performance and user data to guide continuous improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes in iGaming.
Key Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the iGaming or online gambling industry.
- Proven ability to manage the whole product lifecycle—from ideation to post-launch iteration.
- Strong experience with structured prioritization frameworks and backlog management.
- Demonstrated success in launching and optimizing data-driven products.
- Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of product metrics and funnels.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with third-party platform integrations and post-launch performance tuning.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in online gambling and related compliance considerations.
- Background in reporting product health metrics to senior leadership and adapting roadmaps based on real-time feedback.
- Experience with SoftSwiss.
