We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategist to join us for a year long project, focusing primarily on consumer research and insights. This role will play a critical part in shaping go-to-market campaigns by providing actionable insights and data-driven strategies that inform campaign and content development. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background with expertise in audience analysis, consumer behavior, and developing compelling insights that resonate with target markets. You will partner closely with a team of 3 Senior Product Marketers to ensure alignment and effectiveness throughout campaign planning, content strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consumer research efforts to uncover insights into audience behavior, preferences, and pain points, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Develop research-based strategic briefs that inform campaign and content development, ensuring alignment with target audience needs.
  • ​​​​​​​Collaborate with the Senior Product Marketer to define content strategy, messaging frameworks, and ensure campaigns are rooted in consumer insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with initial consumer insights throughout planning, content creation, and implementation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and future strategy adjustments.
Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in a strategic role, focusing on consumer insights and research, either within a marketing agency or in-house team.
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven strategies and insights that drive impactful marketing campaigns.
  • ​​​​​​​Strong understanding of audience segmentation, consumer psychology, and behavior.
  • ​​​​​​​Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and analytics tools.
  • ​​​​​​​Experience with market research platforms like G2, SEMrush, Qualtrics, and social listening tools.
  • ​​​​​​​Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and compelling strategies for cross-functional teams
