ServiceNow Technical Consultant

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant. This position will be responsible for our customer’s success collaborating with other Business stakeholders on the design, development, test, deployment, and support of various functionalities and modules of the ServiceNow platform.

Tasks

• Focused on Customer experience by providing guidance and executing with the highest quality standards to ensure maximum satisfaction

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical and business process solutions

• Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend simultaneously to several technical challenges while still meeting client demands and specifications

• Determined to ensure that items produced are in line with the technical designs, quality standards, best practices & customer specifications

• Remains knowledgeable of current technologies and carries out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results

• Knowledgeable of Agile methodologies

• Understands and has proven experience in IT service management and ITIL business processes

• While working closely with an implementation Team, able to understand business requirements and develop matching ServiceNow functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science or any Software Engineering or related fields

• 5+ years of experience with Web Software Development, Systems Analysts

Application, System Administrator Technologies

• Agile SCRUM development methodology

• IT Service Management, ITIL proven experience or certification in ITIL 4 or ITIL v3 (desirable), ITOM

• SLA knowledge

• Attention to detail, quality obsessed

• Customer-centric focus

• Energetic, eager to learn and work with a culturally diverse environment

• Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Collaborative, self-driven, proven team player and team builder

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
