Track facts for 2025 WURTH 400

Texas Motor Speedway will be in the spotlight again on May 4 when the NASCAR Cup Series comes to town.

The WURTH 400 is set to cap a full weekend of NASCAR racing at the Fort Worth, Texas, venue.

Some drivers have not enjoyed the track in the past because of its stained surface from an oil spill that has made the track slippery and tough to drive.

Texas Motor Speedway has been a key track for NASCAR since it opened in 1997, hosting playoff races in the past. This year, just like last season, TMS will only have one race weekend.
