Green Bay area gets dressed up for the 2025 NFL Draft
The Green Bay area is preparing for the 2025 NFL Draft on April 24-26, and there have been preparations throughout the community to welcome visitors.
The NFL draft, a chance for franchises to change their fortunes, is heading to its most iconic venue: Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
The festivities begin with the first round on Thursday night, April 24. The second and third rounds are on Friday, April 25, and the fourth through seventh rounds that close the draft will be on Saturday, April 26.
All 32 teams still have their first-round picks, and Tennessee is widely expected to begin the draft by taking Miami quarterback Cam Ward.
What time is the NFL Draft?
Round 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft starts at 6 p.m. MT/7 p.m. CT on Thursday.
- Thursday, April 24: 6 p.m. MT/7 p.m. CT, Round 1
- Friday, April 25: 6 p.m. MT/7 p.m. CT, Rounds 2-3
- Saturday, April 26: 10 a.m. MT/11 p.m. CT, Rounds 4-7

The 2025 NFL Draft will be broadcast on ESPN, ABC, NFL Network and ESPN Deportes.

The 2025 NFL Draft takes place in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The draft will take place in and around Lambeau Field and Titletown District. The picks will be announced at the Draft Theater, near Lambeau Field.

The time a team is on the clock differs based on the round. Here’s how long each team has to make a pick in each round:
- Round 1: 10 minutes
- Round 2: Seven minutes
- Round 3-6: Five minutes
- Round 7: Four minutes
Who are the projections for the top picks in mock drafts?
Miami quarterback Cam Ward is expected to be taken first by the Tennessee Titans. Colorado receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter or his college teammate, quarterback Shadeur Sanders, are possible projected second picks.
