49ers get schedule change for huge Week 6 game vs. Buccaneers

The San Francisco 49ers are set to take on the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium on Thursday night in Week 5, and after that, they’ll have 10 days before they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.

While San Francisco and Tampa Bay were supposed to meet in Week 6 at 1:00 p.m. ET, the NFL has flexed the schedule for that week, and they’ll now meet at 4:25 p.m. ET. They’ll take the spot which previously belonged to the New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints.

This will leave the 49ers with three 1:00 p.m. games left on their schedule. Those will be against the Houston Texans, New York Giants and Cleveland Browns. However, if they continue to have a strong record, they could be flexed again.
