Bengals make roster move to help OL before Week 6 vs. Packers

With the Cincinnati Bengals dealing with injuries to the offensive line, the team made a notable roster move before the Week 6 kickoff against the Green Bay Packers.

Saturday, the Bengals announced the elevation of Jaxson Kirkland to the active roster from the practice squad for the game.

Kirkland, undrafted in 2023, earned a reserve/future contract from the Bengals after his rookie year and spent most of last year on injured reserve after making the initial 2024 roster.

Bengals rookie Dylan Fairchild, Matt Lee and Lucas Patrick are all questionable for Sunday’s game against the Packers. Kirkland has positional versatility to help out at most spots on the interior.
