The Los Angeles Rams were busy this summer, going to Hawaii for minicamp and Loyola Marymount for training camp, followed by three preseason games. Matthew Stafford dealt with a back injury and Kyren Williams signed a contract extension, too, so there was always something going on with Sean McVay’s team.
Fans don’t get to see everything that goes on behind the scenes, but the Rams do a good job of filling them in with their series, “Behind The Grind,” each offseason. They released a new episode on Tuesday and there’s a ton of awesome insight and exclusive footage in the 50-minute video.
Fans will get to know Tyler Higbee, Omar Speights, Jordan Whittington, Nate Landman and Nate Scheelhaase a bit better, while also seeing everything that goes into training camp practices and preseason games. The Rams also went behind the scenes with Williams’ extension, showing how special that deal was for their star running back.
McVay mentioned how special this team is several times during the offseason, feeling like they’re capable of accomplishing something great in 2025. Videos like this one show how connected the players and coaches are, which will lead to success on the field and potentially even a Super Bowl ring.
With the season starting this weekend, it’s go time for the Rams.
