Prince Harry just can’t catch a break!
As you know, Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, along with their kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, hopped across the pond for a visit with King Charles III. It was supposed to be an amazing reunion and a BIG step in healing for the family — but don’t hold your breath. Because if you believe what Rob Shuter told Maureen Callahan on The Nerve podcast… Well, it just got messy!
According to Rob, his sources claim the drama ran “much deeper” than that reported revoked invitation. He explained:
“[Harry] dithered over Buckingham Palace, and ultimately the invitation was revoked. Sources are telling me it’s much deeper than that. The king had pushback from the staff.”
Oh?? What was this supposed pushback? Well, the staff allegedly wanted Harry GONE:
“They didn’t want to serve him. They didn’t want him there. I’m told there was a staff rebellion, and staff went to their superiors – not to the king – but it ultimately got to the king. They said, ‘We don’t want him here. We don’t want to have to cook him breakfast. We don’t want to have to make his bed. We do not want to have to clean up after him’.”

According to the source, Buckingham Palace staff are very loyal to the crown. And since Harry and Meghan moved away from Royal life, they don’t want anything to do with him:
“They’re really angry with him. The people who work at Buckingham Palace, like any good job, love the institution they work for. So the staff at Buckingham Palace – from the executives to the cleaners – they’re really proud of working there. They’re really proud of being part of the British royal family institution. And to have him come into that, that is so rude to the staff.”
This pushback is allegedly what caused Charles to rethink his invite, too! Rob alleged:
“I’m told that was a big part of the invitation being revoked.”
Whoa. If this is true, that’s wild that the staff has so much power over the King and his decisions! However, they ultimately did not get their way! The Sussexes still visited! That said, we guess the workers can at least feel satisfied knowing Meghan felt “humiliated” by all the media drama over the trip…
