Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience designing for digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of high-performing ad creatives across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with performance marketers, content strategists, and developers to bring impactful visuals to life.
Key Responsibilities:

Design high-converting ad creatives for paid social and display campaigns

Develop visually compelling assets for web, email, landing pages, and social media

Work with performance marketers to test and iterate on creative concepts

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals

Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all projects

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing setting

Strong portfolio showcasing ad creative work with measurable success

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design/prototyping tools is a plus

Solid understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography

Familiarity with performance marketing and data-driven design principles

Comfortable working remotely and available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
