As you’ve navigated social media across the past several years, you may have seen a young woman by the name of Paige Niemann pop up. She’s made a name for herself by impersonating the thank u, next singer… and we don’t mean subtly. Like, full-blown copy and paste!
When the pop star went blonde, Paige went blonde. When she returned to brunette, so did Paige. Catch our drift?
She’s even copied some of Ari’s EXACT looks! Ch-ch-check ‘em out:

Fans are torn on whether it’s cool or creepy, largely because Paige launched an OnlyFans page in 2022… Meaning she makes a living on the NSFW site while mimicking the Eternal Sunshine singer’s likeness.
But what does Ariana herself think?? Well, we just found out!

Paige is the subject of a brand new docuseries on Amazon Prime Video called Turning the Paige, which you can watch the trailer for (below):
In it, the 22-year-old claims Ariana once sent her a DM addressing what a copycat she is! The Yes, And? singer allegedly wrote:
“i am flattered and i am sure you’re very sweet. but i just wanted you to know, i looked back a little ways on your page and i think someone should tell you if they haven’t today that you’re very beautiful as YOURSELF. without all the makeup and trying to make your face look more similar to someone else’s and whatnot. i had to say this because it is the truth. always do what makes you happy of course but if i didn’t say that to you, i’d regret it. you’re beautiful as you are. take care.”

On X (Twitter), fans had a heyday with the DM:
“She clocked her and complimented her at the same time that is my girl”
“She could’ve been rude, but instead she chose kindness. That’s queen behavior.”
“and she spilled. idgaf nobody can deny that paige has attempted to copy ariana’s persona. ariana of ALL people has the right to humble her.”
“So she politely told her that enough is enough!”
“I always felt like she had soooo much patience for not calling out this girl. I’m not that much a fan of Ariana Grande but I feel like she’s one of the most gentle and loving artists of our generation on top of never have been problematic.”

“ariana should just beat her ass. SHE OPENED AN ONLY FANS ACCOUNT COSPLAYING HER! that’s just mental illness and i really hope she gets sued.”
Others questioned the validity of the DM, but it’s reportedly 100 percent REAL. On Thursday, sources with direct knowledge told TMZ the message IS in fact authentic, meaning Ari did reach out to Paige.
